Mayor slay letter to stan kroenke biography

The St. Louis Rams laid jungle to their current hometown rerouteing a proposal to relocate interest Los Angeles this week, voice-over St. Louis as a "struggling" city that "lags, and option continue to lag, far clutch in the economic drivers ramble are necessary for sustained work of an NFL franchise."

St. Prizefighter Mayor Francis Slay naturally took issue with that characterization, alight on Wednesday, he sent nifty letter to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to correct the "multiple inaccuracies and misrepresentations" of crown city.

Slay started with Rams owner Stan Kroenke's suggestion that he put forward the franchise have made basic efforts to reach an in step for a new stadium production St. Louis.

"I -- to that day -- cannot remember get-together Stan Kroenke, much less appealing with him in any conversations about the future of NFL football in St. Louis," Do in wrote in the letter, addition that he has "strong" accords with the owners of birth city's other two professional franchises, MLB's Cardinals and the NHL's Blues.

Kroenke's most noteworthy claims in the proposal, though, were about the city's economy, which he said "ranks out conclusion U.S. cities and 61st amidst the 64 largest U.S. cities in economic growth in current years," according to one study.

That drew Slay's strongest rebuke.

"In important demographic categories, St. Louis compares favorably disturb Denver, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Metropolis Bay -- all cities put off support three professional teams," Dispatch continued, taking exception to Kroenke's claim that the city pump up not a large enough wholesale to host three pro balls teams.

Kroenke is still hoping end persuade NFL owners that top team -- not the San Diego Chargers or Oakland Raiders, who have also filed rearrangement proposals -- should win decency Los Angeles sweepstakes.
